JODIE
LING
Myotherapist
Jodie studied Myotherapy at RMIT University and has furthered her professional development into skin taping and abdominal massage. She specialises in manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, reiki, cupping, dry needling, rock-taping and trigger point release.
Jodie enjoys working with her clients to allow their bodies to function at their optimal level. She has worked closely with a range of athletes, including professional gridiron and basketball teams, as well as circus performers. Jodie supports the local community and has volunteered with Hands on Health to treat remote communities in Udaipur, India and underprivileged residents in Collingwood.
In her spare time, Jodie enjoys studying anatomy and practicing circus arts. She will be applying her interests to her study of Chiropractic at RMIT from 2017.

JESSICA
ISSACMAN
Wholistic Massage Therapist
Having spent the last 10 years studying a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Zen Shiatsu, and Reflexology, Jessica has a very holistic approach to wellness and how she treats her clients. She has lived and studied in Sydney, South Africa, and Thailand.
She uses a variety of techniques to suit each individual client depending on what they come in for. She is quite strong and likes to use her elbows to really get into the muscle fibres.
Jessica enjoys working with her clients to allow their bodies to function at their optimal level. She has worked ongoing with a range of different clients with different body types, abilities, fitness levels and ages.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading philosophy, cooking, riding her bicycle and anything artsy and creative. She is currently in the middle of her Remedial Diploma at MIMT.


CONNOR SAHELY
Remedial Massage Therapist
Connor completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage through Chisholm Institute and is currently at La Trobe University completing his studies to become a Physiotherapist.
Connor utilises many tools such as cupping, dry needling, and deep tissue massage, in order to keep his patients feeling their best. His favourite part of his job is providing relief and results to patients who are dealing with pain, and he is always looking for new ways to challenge his understanding and grasp new concepts about the human body.
Outside of the clinic Connor's passions mix between sports and mental health, and he is regularly looking for the next physical challenge to raise money and awareness for charities centered around suicide prevention and depression.

MAGDA CYMANEK
Remedial Massage Therapist
Magda is Australia trained Remedial Massage Therapist and Integrated Bodywork Practitioner and has over 12 years of experience, working with athletes and dancers in Australia and overseas.
In the last few years, her practice developed into a comprehensive style combining very effective techniques that can provide immediate relief to acute pain and can greatly improve chronic musculoskeletal problems.
She combines Deep Tissue Massage with Trigger Points Therapy and Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Exercise Therapy, and Clinical Aromatherapy.
Magda works with sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, postural imbalance, and building stability in the body for optimal alignment, mobility, and movement performance. Magda has a keen interest in detox and cellular regeneration processes to support the natural regeneration processes of the human body.
She is also trained in Thai Abdominal Massage, Watsu, and elements of Aquatherapy. She loves freediving, hot yoga, pilates, photography, and travel and as a therapist regularly takes part in sports and holistic retreats.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.
MYOTHERAPY
Myotherapy assists to facilitate pain relief, increase mobility and improve quality of life, through specific testing, and treatment.
A myotherapy treatment may include dry needling, cupping, trigger point release, fascial release, thermal therapies, mobilisations, and numerous stretching techniques to help you achieve your desired result.
We also use rocktape, exercises plans, and education to help our treatments last.
DRY NEEDLING
Dry Needling is useful modalities to provide pain relief, assist injury rehabilitation and facilitate postural correction. It is an effective and efficient technique for the treatment of muscular pain and myofascial dysfunction.
Small needles are placed in specific points in the muscles to provide a deep release.
